I don’t see why this is such a big deal because people that are half black half whatever are in fact not black genetically but, multiracial. They can choose to identify with whatever they feel and I’m not offended at all by her being skeptical. Though physically she does look like a black woman doesn’t give us black people the right to be offended by her not wanting not wanting to identify as black, she simply states that she is a biracial women. Who are we to tell her how she looks at herself? She did not shun her black side shes obviously proud of both her heritages. I will say though I’m glad that she chose to be apart of black girls rock because she is openly representing her black heritage and black women/girls in a positive light. Honestly the one drop rule needs to go, and we got to stop claiming people unless they choose to be associated with which every side they choose.

this is why i dont support KEYshia anymore. i feel like is very disrespectful and doesn’t think what she say. She is as black as they come, reconsider what. You singing urban music, you was raised by “black” and a “black” women birth you, everyone know that african gene is a dominate gene. Just because you bleach your hair blonde and get a nose job make you half caveman. Truth be told nobody is BLACK. That is a “american” race given name.
